Where We Deliver
We deliver to the following locations:
Within Nairobi: All estates and areas within Nairobi County including CBD, Westlands, Karen, Kasarani, Embakasi, Langata, Thika Road, Mombasa Road, and surrounding areas.
Outside Nairobi (Kenya-wide): We deliver to all major towns and counties across Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Machakos, Kilifi, Malindi, Kisii, and more via courier partners.
East Africa: We ship to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and other East African countries. International shipping timelines and costs are confirmed at checkout or upon inquiry before order confirmation.

Note: Delivery estimates begin from the time your order is confirmed and payment is received. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, or courier delays beyond our control. We will notify you in such cases.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the order. Fees are displayed clearly before you confirm payment.
- Nairobi deliveries: Fees start from KES 200 depending on your specific location and order size.
- Upcountry Kenya: Fees vary by county and courier partner. You will be given a quote before confirming your order.
- East Africa: International shipping fees are provided upon inquiry or at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery: Orders above a qualifying amount within Nairobi may be eligible for free delivery. This will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
We do not add hidden charges. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay for shipping.
How Your Order Is Processed
- Place your order on the website and complete payment via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card.
- Order confirmation is sent to you via SMS or email within 1 hour of payment being received.
- Processing & packaging takes place within 1 business day of order confirmation.
- Dispatch notification is sent to you once your order has been handed over to the delivery team or courier partner, including tracking details where applicable.
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EAT on business days for select Nairobi locations. Same-day delivery availability is subject to stock confirmation and is not guaranteed during peak periods. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A dispatch SMS or email notification
- Courier tracking details (where the courier partner provides tracking)
- Direct contact with our delivery team for Nairobi deliveries

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our delivery team will attempt delivery at the address provided at checkout.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule.
- A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made. If delivery fails after 2 attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address provided, additional delivery fees may apply for a third attempt.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Pickup Option
Prefer to pick up in person? You are welcome to collect your order directly from our store at no delivery cost.

Pickup hours: Monday โ Saturday, during business hours

Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery
- Inspect your order at the time of delivery before signing off or confirming receipt.
- If the package appears visibly damaged on arrival, do not accept delivery โ notify the delivery person immediately and contact us.
- If items are missing from your order upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- We will investigate and resolve all reported issues promptly.
Public Holidays & Business Days
Our business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Kenyan public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
