Refund and Returns Policy

At LaptopDiscounts, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products:
- We do NOT offer refunds on brand new laptops once purchased and delivered.
- All sales are considered final, unless the product is defective upon delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a laptop that is physically damaged or not functioning:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence
- We will arrange for inspection and replacement if the issue is confirmed
3. Manufacturer Warranty
All brand new laptops are covered under manufacturer’s warranty, which includes:
- Hardware defects
- Factory faults
- Performance issues not caused by user damage
Warranty duration depends on the brand (e.g. HP, Lenovo, etc.).
👉 Warranty claims will be handled through the authorized service centres or guided by us.
4. Exchanges
We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Product is defective upon delivery
- Product is returned in original condition with all accessories
Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Software-related issues after use
- Physical damage after delivery
- Opened/used products without defects
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped or delivered, cancellation is not allowed
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to:
- Confirm specifications before purchase
- Inspect the product upon delivery
- Contact us immediately if there is any issue
